The Test Post That Stayed

This started life as a placeholder: one paragraph, a date, and a promise to replace it later. It has survived several redesigns, two static site generators and at least one period where the site was just a single HTML file on a server.

I have decided to leave it here.

A personal site is a strange kind of software. Nobody files a bug against it. There is no product manager asking why the homepage has not shipped. It exists mostly because writing in public is a useful habit, and because owning a small corner of the web still feels worthwhile.

That also means it is allowed to be unfinished. The blog has fewer posts than I would like. The project pages are summaries rather than case studies. There are links I keep meaning to add.

For now, this post is a marker: the site is a garden, not a launch. If you are reading this in some future redesign, hello from the older version. I hope the typography is still decent.
